PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Payment can be made by card or manually, leaving your phone number, where I send the bill. With payment confirmed, production of the comic can begin.

Custom frames take longer because they are made "by hand" and very carefully. That way, the delivery date is agreed by whatsapp (if you have any questions, just send it there), but it's no more than 3 weeks.

We are not responsible for incorrect data provided by the customer.  

Our orders are always sent via Correios, according to the shipping method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase (PAC or SEDEX). The deadlines and values are stipulated by the post office, as is the responsibility for meeting the delivery deadline. 

The delivery time, after we post at the post office, will depend on the region you live! At the time of purchase, a forecast of how many days it will take appears.

It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for the order. If the address is incorrect, the order is returned to our factory and will only be sent again after the customer has paid for a new shipping charge. The same goes in case the order is returned due to the lack of someone to receive it on the spot (remembering that the Post Office makes 3 attempts and all are notified on the spot and in the online tracking).

We will then provide you with the tracking code via email.
